  the answer is :
  no of ways to select two balls n(s)=2c2=1;
  no of ways to select one red and one blue n(e)=1*1;
  so
  n(e)/n(s)=1;
  like the same way we can solve the above question
  so n(s)=26c2;

  else first blue and then white prob is 7/26*3/25
  total prob is =(3/26*7/25)+(7/26*3/25)
