  Volume of hemisphere=(2/3)*pi*r^3
  Volume of cylinder=pi*r^2*h
  Since base and height of all three figures are same and for hemisphere h=r
  So ther volumes are in the ratio (1/3:(2/3):1=1:2:3

  Volume of hemisphere=(2/3)*pi*sqrt(r)*h
  Volume of cylinder=pi*sqrt(r)*h
  where r= radius of base of all figures
  h= height of all figures
  but h = r
  so , Ratio of volumes = 1/3 : 2/3:1 = 1:2:3
