there are 20 balls which are red ,blue or green. If & balls are green and the sum of red balls and green balls is less than 13,at most how many red balls are there?

it means sum of red balls and green balls is up to 12 only.
then number of red balls will depend on number of green balls.
Here there seems to be typing problem in statement.
If there are 8 green balls, then red balls can be four only.
If there are 7 green balls, then red balls can be four or five and hence at most 5 red balls can be there.
If there are 6 green balls, then red balls can be four, five or 6 and hence at most 6 red balls can be there.
