  for making a perfect cube she needs all dimension of 100cm, means (100*100*100)/(10*10*10)=1000.
  so she needs more 1000-250=750 cubes.

  to make a perfect cube, with sides 100x100x100, 3 more parts are needed...
  i.e., 250+250+250= 750.... which makes a perfect cube when added to the cubiod..

  actually te volume of the 10 cm cube is 1000cuic cm.
  so the no cubes are required= 250.
