  Ratio of speeds of dog and hare = Ratio of distances covered by them in the same time

• really simple way
  first make units equal
  convert hares leaps in rabbits unit leaps
  that is 5 x 3 /4 leaps of dogs =5 leaps of hare
  
  now divide
  5 x 3 / 4/ 4=
  15/16
