  she have 25 blues out of which we take 24(because if we take 24 then we get 12pairs of gloves) and remaining 1 is hat.
  in 7 red we take 6(we get 3pairs of gloves) remaining 1 is hat.
  in 9 yellow we take 8(we get 4pairs of gloves) remaing 1 is hat.
  so ans is:24+6+8=38
