  first arrangement considering
  AI gives an option of filling up the other positions in 4!=24 ways
  next we consider the letter that comes immediately after I so that is L
  we fix it this way A L I as this would be the first choice then we 3!=6 ways of filling up the rest of the positions..
  So we have reached the 30th positon..
  next we consider ALN as the next immediate letter greater than I and then put I in the 4th position that is ALNI now we have 2!=2 ways to fill the rest 2 positions.. So we reach the 32nd position..
  Now after ALNI would come ALNO as the other letters have either occupied a position or are greater than O.. After O would come I which is less than T and the last letter would be T..
  Hence the answer would be ALNOIT... Its just a basic dictionary implementation..
