• suppose there are 3 committees and 4 memberes p,q,r,s. Now p,q are common for committee a, committee b and coommitte c so a-pq b-pq c-pq now all committees have 3 people in common so a-pqr b-pqr.//Now for b and c to have 3 common member we include a new member s so now a-pqr b-pqrs c-pqs.Now s cant be on all three thus a-pqrt b-pqrs c-pqst.so answer is 4.
