  if A's height = x
  B= A + 2 = x+2
  C= B + 2 = x+4
  D= C + 6 = x+10
  
  
  Avg = 74
  => ( x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+10) ) / 4 = 74
  solving it..
  x = 70.
  
  hence, heights:
  A, B, C, D = 70, 72, 74, 80.
