  1st of all write the gigen word in alphabetical order. like
  
  abdrsu
  
  now, taking 1st two letter contant at their place
  ab.... makes combinations =4!=24
  2nd time b is replaced by d
  ad....=4!=24
  but i have to select 40th word. so,adbrsu
