The value of a product at the end of a year, declines to 3/4 of the value at the beginning of the year. If the starting value of product was Rs 40,000. Then what is the value of the product at the end of 3rd year.

40000-30000=10000
nw amount is 10000 at starting 2nd yr ;nw 10000*3/4=7500
