  1/(B+1/(C+1/(D+1/E))) = 331/1000
  or, B+1/(C+1/(D+1/E)) = 1000/331 = 3 + 7/331 => B = 3
  
  1/(C+1/(D+1/E)) = 7/331
  => C+1/(D+1/E) = 331/7 = 47 + 2/7 => C = 47
  
  1/(D+1/E) = 2/7
  => D + 1/E = 7/2 = 3 + 1/2 =>> D = 3, E = 2
