• The month should be february(28 days)
  Here we have to take leap year into consideration
  So in 4 yrs prob of selecting a 28 day month=3/48(As a 28 day feb occurs only thrice in 4 years(48 months))

  ans =1/7 because there 7 months have 31 days.3so that probability of 3 less day from 31 is 1/7 for one year and for 4 year that is 3/28

  because there are only 7 months having 31 days so that to random select 3 day less exactly from 31 in one probability is 17 and in 4 year it is 328.
