17) An organization has three committees. Only two persons are members of all three committees, but every pair of committees has three members in common. What is the LEAST possible number of the members on any one committee?

• Let committees be c1 c2 and c3.
  Let members be named as A,B,C etc
  Now two members are part of all 3 committes
  Say A and B are part of all committes..
  Also given every pair of committees has three members in common
  Considering c1 and c2 they hav A and B in common now to include a 3ard common person let him be C.
  Now similarly let D be the third common man in c2 and c3 and E for c1 and c3
  So the least members will be
  c1 --------------> a,b,c,e
  c2 -------------> a,b,c,d
  c3 -------------> a,b,d,e
