two brothers Amit and Sumit walk on a moving escalator. Amit speed is twice that of Sumit. Amit reached top with 40 steps whereas Sumit took 30 steps as escalator does some wrk for him. Total steps to be taken by Sumit if the escalator is turned off

• Answer can't be found because at least a parameter should be provide having time as unit eg here Amit should reach the top in 40 sec (not step) .. since with distance only and no relation between time and speed (nothing here is provided for escalator) no solution can be done. ... if this is the ques then data is missing or u have jotted wrong ques
