a will take 10 sec while b will take 20 sec to compete path....so the min time on which they meet will be LCM of 10 and 20 which is 2o.......so option d is correct

then he will cover 120m in 10 seconds.
b for 1 second =6m
then he will cover 120m in 20 seconds.
at that time A will complete his 2nd round nd B will complete his first round and they will meet.
