  v1=(600)/t1;
  v2=(600)/t2;
  t2=t1+30/60=t1+.5;
  v1=v2=200
  600(1/t1 - 1/t2)=200
  3(t2-t1)=t1*t2;
  3*.5=t1*(t1+.5)
  2t1*2t1+t1-3=0
  t1=1
