I need help in finding K so that there is no solution.

x+3y=K
kx+y=-1

this is what I have done
x=k-3y
kx=-1-y
k(k-3y)=-1-y
K^2-3ky=-1-y
k^2=3ky-1-y
k^2=3k-1
