a plane flies 900 miles with a tail wind, in 3 hours. It takes the same plane 4 hours to fly the 900 miles when flying against the wind. What is the planes speed in still air? There is a problem I am really stuck on: 2/3! +1/ 1/2! +4. I have already figured out part of it and where I am now is 1 1/3 / 4 1/2 or 4/3 / 9/2. I dont know what to do from there.
