  it means =Rs 40
  buying price= (marked price/2)=20

  Then marked price=60*x/100;
  cost price of article=60*x/200=3*x/10
  discount=x-3*x/10=7*x/10
  % discount=(100*7*x)/(x*10)=70%

  then market price is 100-60/100*100=40
  half of market price is 20
  so discount is 100-20=80%
