Solution:
List Price = 450,SP = 700
1st discount of 10% = 700*(100-10)/100 which is 630
If 2nd discount is d% then the profit is $54, so the total net profit price is 450$+54$ = 504$
i,e 630*(100-d)/100 = 504
By solving we will get d = 20%
Then in single discount 1.5d% i,e 1.5(20)% = 30%
Total price after 30% discount is 700(100-30)/100 = 490$
