let c.p=100% then
s.p=100% - 4%=96%.
96% of s.p----------Rs240
100% of c.p------------Rs240*100/96=250Rs

Then he gains 10% so again s.p is 100%+10%=110%
so, 100% of c.p------------250Rs
120% of s.p----------250*120/100=275Rs answer
