and m-n divided by 12, remainder is 6
so
m-n= 12y+6
From these 2 equations, we get
m= 6(x+y)+7
n= 12(x+y)+1
put x+y=k, then
mn = (6k+7)*(6k+1) = 36 k^2+48k+6+1
or
6(6k^2+8k+1)+1
