so 6*(4-2)^2=6*4
so ans is 24

total face 6..each face can center 4 cube only one side painted..other can be adjoin of another side..so painted in two,three..face...
our answer is 6*4=24 cubes

the edge cubes have two faces painted so leave 1-1 cubes at every edge
