• given length is 25m >breadth.let breadht be x.the length=x+25.given length is decreased by 15 and breadth is increased by 10.then length is x+10,breadth is also x+10,so it is square. the answer is hypocritical as the x value can be any number.....

• if breadth = b then length = b+25
  
  thus as we want to get the ans from the given options, lets take b = 35 then
  l = 60
  Thus perimeter = 2(l+b)=2(35+60) = 2(95) = 190
