  first of all main point is that it is semi circle...not full circle
  IF B is in north east direction and B is in right of D that it is obvious that D is in NORTH AND IF C is immediate right of B then C is in east direction..so a) D IS FACING TOWARD NORTH DIRECTION ..but in question "direction of E AND A is not given" so we can able to understand what the direction of A and E so how we can found which flat is opposite of A and E....therefore in second question 2)--- (1) not possible (contain A) ,, (2) not possible because in fig C and D are not opposite,,(3) not possible (contain E) ,,(4) is also not possible (contain A and D both).......so check the answer will be (5) option because we not have data of A and E direction..hence data inadequate..answer is 5 option ..
