did anyone applied for ibm referal

• thanks for ur wishes karthikeyan and kalai arasi. I applied through employee referral. i had a week to prepare for the interview. the first round was numerical ability. in tat fully i got number series and basi rs agarwal questions. number series you learn from this website itself. all t qstns came from this website only :) u wil hav 90 mins for t 1st round, and 2.15 seconds fr each qstn. no -ve marks and u cant come back to a qstn. everythin is auto timed.2nd round is verbal. very simple qstns. 3rd round is gd. u hav to intro urself shortly first. then they wil tel t topic. then u hav to tel ur views abt t topic. then the open discussion starts .. everyone is given chance, so dont worry. or don grab ur chance. they itself wil giv chance :) if u speak well they choose u, else they dont. and the final round is HR. they askd basics of oops for me, and they posed many situations and asked me how i wil handle those situations :) tat s all.. salary pkg for freshers s really grt.. i m really happy wit t hospitality of the HR's.. they made me very comfy :)
