so, let first number be A.
(8/2)*(2A+7*2)=656
=>A=75
Similarly, let first even number be B.
(4/2)*(2B+6)=87*4
=> B=84
so, even numbers are 84,86,88,92
so, SUM=88+75=163

so 8x+56=656
x=75 i.e first no 75 so next no. is 75+2=77

so sum=75+88=163
