• Suppose distance between Dispur and manipur is 28 kms.
  Then speed of first train = 28/4= 7 kmph
  speed of 2nd train = 28/3.5= 8 kmph
  
  if trains met after t hrs from 6 AM, then
  7t+8*(t-2) = 28
  15t= 44
  t= 44/16 hrs = 2 hrs 56 mins.
  
  so trains cross each other at 08:54 hrs.
