I think infinite values of C are possible.
c= -14, -24, will also give integer rational roots.

for an integer b^2-4ac>=0
=> (-5)^2-4(1)(c)>=0
=>c>=6

but for a real and integer roots, b^2-4ac must be greater than or equal to 0, this clearly indicates that c cant have infinite values...
