so, a+b=6 and ab=9
Now, (P-Q+R-S)=(P+R)-(Q+S)=a-b

we know that, (a-b)^2 =(a+b)^2 - 4ab = (6)^2 - 4*9 =36 - 36=0
So, (a-b)=0
hence, (P-Q+R-S)=0
