  If he purchased 1000 gms rice for Rs 100.
  If he used correct weight, he will sell 1000 gm rice for Rs 126.
  But when he used incorrect weight, he sold x gms in place of 1000 gm for Rs 126
  and 1000 gms for Rs 140.
  so x= 126*1000/140 = 900 gms
