• let the price of A,B and C's goods a,band respectively.
  from the first line:- a = 0.7b _____(1)
  a = 1.3c _____(2)
  so if we assume b = 100 (because it is percentage problem.)
  then a = 70.
  from equation(2) c=70/1.3
  C is cheaper by ((b)100 - 70/1.3) = 46.15
  changing in percentage 46.15%.
