• no. of digits=9(1to9)+2(for10)+54*2(11to64)=9+2+108=119
  so there is a shortage of one digit which will be fulfilled by the tens digit of 65
  so the no. become 12345....3646
  now to check that whether a number is divisible by 8 or not we consider the last 3 digits of the number
  so considering 646 we get 6 as the remainder when divided by 8
  but none of the options is 6

  from 1 to 9, 9 digit and 11 to 64 54*2=108 digit,then
  no of digit=9+2(for 10)+108+1(tens place of 65)=120.
  if this number devided by 8 then only reminder are 2,4 or 6.
