  so,35% are male so 35% of 100=35 are male
  now 35%are male that means 65% are female
  hence,65% of 100 employee =65 are female
  now,20% of men (35 men)=20% *35=7
  and 40% of female(65 female)= 40%*65=26
  so total 7+26=33
  we take 100 employee so 33% employee went to the picnic
