The question says solve:
x(x+1)= -2(x-4)=2
This is what I did, can you tell me if I am on the right track, please?
x(x+1)= -2(x-4)=2
x*2+1x= -2x+8+2
x*2+x+2x-8-2=0
x*2+3-10=0
(x+5) (x-2)
x+5=0 x-2=0
x=-5 and x=-2
