  a =13
  b =11
  c = 3! (3 factorial ) = 3 x 2 x 1 = 6
  
  i.e 13+11+6 = 30

• here no preconditions are given not to use any arithmetic logics but we can repeat the numbers right, then:
  a=((13*15)/5)-15=39-15=24;
  b=5
  c=1
  then a+b+c=30
