  Filling in 1 hr.=1 & if leakage/hr.=1/L, then 1- (1/L)=1/(1*3)=1/3, 1/L=2/3
  So the time by leakage to empty the tank=3/2=1 1/2 or 1.5 hrs.

  because of leakage it takes 3times of original time to fill the tank. -> 300mins

  by solving for x u can get it as 150 which is equal to (3/2)a
