• let assume khalli's salary=300 and bali's= 100
  then according to question
  300 * (1+x/100) + 100* (1+y/100) = 400 * (1+5z/100) ............................(1)
  300 * (1+y/100) + 100* (1+x/100) = 400 * (1+3z/100) ............................(2)
  
  rewriting equation 1 and 2
  3x + y = 20z.....................(3)
  and
  x + 3y = 12z......................(4)
  
  solve equation 3 and 4 ; you will get y=2z and x= 6z
