You have two buckets one is having three litres capacity and other is having 5 litres capacity.
you have to draw 7 litres of water from a well .
how will you draw ?

• first take 5L bucket and pour it into 3L bucket , then empty the that 3L and again pour remaining 2L water from 5L to 3L bucket ,then fill 5L bucket . now we are have 7L water

• Take 5L of water in 5L bucket and pour water in 3L bucket and remaining 2L of water pour into 7L of bucket.then take 5L of water pour into 7L .now we have 7L of water

• fill 5l bucket .Transfer it to 7l bucket.Again fill 5l and pour it in 3l bucket.Transfer 2l in 5l to 7l bucket.

• take 5lt and pour in 3lts left with 2lts in 5ltbucket
  empty 3lt bucket and pour remaining water from 5 t0 3lt=2lts
  again take 5lt in bucket 5+2=7

• Fill 5 lit bucket and pour in 7lit bucket now 7lit will have 5litres!!
  fill 5lit bucket again and pour it in 3 lit your 5lit bucket will rem with 2 lits
  fill the remaining 2lits (of 5lit bucket) into 7 lit bucket which adds to 7 lits!!
