- Answer= C gets Rs.40
Let no. of days taken by C alone be x days.
A+B+C together complete full work in 2days.
C's no. of days = 1/5+1/10+1/x = 1/2
Therefore, C takes 5 days to complete full work
Now ratio of money of A+B+C = 1/5:1/10:1/5 = 10:5:10 = 2:1:2
So C's share = 2/5*100 = 40 Rs. - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(5) No(0)
- ANS: RS.70.
A can do a work in 5 days, so A's 1 day work will be 1/5.
similarly B's 1 day work will be 1/10.
(A+B)'s 1 day work will be (1/5)+(1/10)=3/10
with the help of C they completed the work in 2 days, so (A+B+C)'s 1 day work will be 1/2.
C's 1 day work will be (A+B+C)'s - (A+B)'s= (1/2)-(3/10)=7/10.
so C's Share will be (7/10)*100= Rs.70 - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(2) No(2)
