  1 children, 1 day= 1/(16*20)= 1/320
  12 women + 8 children, 1 day work= (12/216) + (8/320)]=29/360
  So (12 women+8 children) 10 days work=290/360, Remaining work=7/36
  If 'n' men are added to finish the work in 2 days, then 2*[(n/120)+(29/360)]=7/36, n=2
