MBA Exam Numerical Ability Time Distance and Speed

Three sprinters A,B,C had to sprint from points P to Q and back (starting in that order). The time interval between them was 5 secs each. Thus, C started 10secs after A, B started 5secs after A. They passed a certain pt. R which is somewhere between P and Q (none of them having reached Q yet). Having reached Q and reversed the direction the 3rd sprinter met the 2nd one 9m short of Q and the 1st one 15m short of Q. Find the speed of the 1st sprinter if the distance PQ is 55m.
