  13*19=247
  
  13*23=299
  
  17*17=289
  
  17*19=323 which is not in range of 1-301 so we can't consider it

  first off all, find the rate of each pipe. it will come
  C/61, C/244, 16C/2196 for 2cm, 1cm, 4/3cm of pipe respectively.
  Now start all pipe simultaneously. if "t" is the time taken to fill the pipe. then
  t{(1/61)+(1/244)+(162196)}=1.
  so time(t)=36. simple hai yarrrrrr....
