  => b:c = (5*3/5) : (8*3/5) (multiplying with 3/5 on both sides to make b ratio 3)
  => b:c = 3 : (24/5)
  => a:b:c = 2:3:(245)
  => a:b:c = 10:15:24
  a+b+c = 10x+15x+24x =98
  =>49x=98
  =>x=2
  so second number is 30
