- lets marks obtain 2x,3x,4x,5x,6x.
total marks 6y,5y,8y,4y,7y.
addition of marks obtain=(2x+3x+4x+5x+6x)=20x
addition of total marks=(6y+5y+8y+4y+7y)=30y
so percentage=(20x/30y)*100
(20x/30y)*100=48
so,x/y=18/25
as we observed 5x/4y is the maximum marks
so 5x/4y=5/4*18/25*100=90%

- answer:90
let be take the marks are 2y,3y,4y,5y,6y
and maximum marks are 6x ,5x ,8x ,4x ,7x
total mark he scored is 20y &and total maximum mark is 30x
so (20y/30x)*100=48,equating this we get 100y=72x
so putting this value in each case we get % of mark scored in each exam is (2y/6x)*100=24%
this way we get 24%,53%,36%,90%,60%
so answer become 90%
