I think it is log 13 to base 169 and log 11 to base 121
log rules:logb(c) = 1 / logc(b)
= 1/log13 169 -1/log11 121
= 1/log13 13^2 - 1/log11 11^2
=1/2*log 13 base13-1/2*log 11 base 11
=1/2-1/2
=0
