  Total temp. from 10th to 16th=(Total temp. from 9th to 16th)- Temp. on 9th=92.8 -10.8=82

  So temp. on 17th=(Total temp from 10th to 17th) -(Total temp. from 10th to 16th)=97.6-82=15.6

  So they are 8terms from 9 to 16 so 8*11.6=92.8
  Like wise for 10 to 17 is 8*12.2=97.6
  They given 9th term degree is 10.8 so we going to add all term 9th term + (10 to 17) is 10.8+97.6= 108.4
  Then subtract the value of 9th to 16th term to get 17th term is 108.4-92.8=15.6
