  so by this venn diagram,
  % who failed in only english is (49-15)%=34%
  % who failed in only hindi is (36-15)%=21%
  clearly the % who failed in hindi is the % who passed in only english
  so the % passed in only english is 21%

  If we go for the venn diagram, it clearly shows that fail in Hindi only are the students who passed in English and if 36% is 630 then 100% is 1750

  51 + 64= 115
  so 15 % passed in both
  So in only eng( 51-15)%= 36% passed
