in a college basketball, a player awarded a "one-and-one" gets to shoot one free throw and , if successfull ,shoot a second one.each successfull free throw is worth one point.suppose a player succeeds at free throws 80% of the time.on average , how many points should this player expext to score foe each one-and-one?

- Let number of throws he take = 100.
So, he will get success 80 times.
for these 80 success he will get 80 chances more to throw according to one-and one, so 80% of these 80 will be 64.
so total points he will score in 100 one-and one = 80+64 = 144.
so the avg. =144/100.
